The coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various departments, activities, and resources within the ESDS and YCMOU. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The coordinator will work closely with team members, stakeholders, of ESDS and YCMOU to ensure the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.

 

Communication:

Excellent Spoken and written communication skill in Marathi/Hindi and English

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.

Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project reports.

 

Coordination and Logistics:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and workshops.

Manage logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and event setup.

Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for events and meetings.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.

Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

Develop and maintain databases and tracking systems.

Administrative Support:

Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.

Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure projects and activities comply with organizational policies and regulations.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

 

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi/Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post Graduate from the Technical Stream with MBA and Passion to work in the education sector.

EXPERIENCE

  •  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a coordination or project management role.
