He/ She will Lead ESDS South Region BFSI / Fintech Sales Business as Individual contributor and build a strong customers & partners relationship & eco systems.
What the Role needs to Achieve
Achieve agreed Business Acquisition Business, Booking, Biiling and Collection targets
Performs sales activities within assigned South region BFSI & Fintech accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives
Prospecting for new BFSI Client and strong prospecting skills in finding new opportunities
Solicits and maintains network of prospects in assigned region to determine their needs and degree of interest in company’s Cloud, Data Centre and MSS offerings.
Performs sales presentations; ensures needed resources from DC/SOC are available for effective demos.
Prepares and presents proposals to clients and prospects utilizing existing ESDS tools
Participates, Manages & coordinates the entire RFP / RFI or tender process
Reviews all RFP’s and RFI’s before being delivered to a prospective client
Negotiates, structures and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations
Accurately forecasts monthly and quarterly Order booking, Collections and revenues and prepares sales reports as required.
Documents all meaningful discussions/MOM with prospects & clients, and keeps informed of competitors’ activities and products.
Performs the role of a Brand Ambassador of ESDS within the client organization and maximizes the relationship between both client & ESDS including growth in revenues.
Will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales activities right from prospecting to closing sales cycles for BFSI, Insurance & Fintech accounts & Partners in South, ensuring widespread adoption, working with partners if required to qualify and develop new leads, preparing activity reports and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

EXPERIENCE
8-15 years of selling experience in the IT industry to CIO’s /CXO’s and Head –IT’s of the BFSI vertical in the same region.
Relevant experience of selling cloud, data center, Hosting, SaaS and Managed service offerings to IT – Infra heads of BFSI organizations
Selling experience of managed security services/SOC and Information security products with respect to RBI and SEBI guidelines to CISO’s of BFSI vertical will be a plus.
Selling of Web application, Mobile applications, CRM and Application development software projects to the relevant IT heads of BFSI vertical will be a plus.
