As a Marcom Executive within our Marketing Team for IT Services and Products, you will be instrumental in driving lead generation and customer engagement efforts through proactive outbound
calling campaigns. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, promoting our range of IT services and products, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. With a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of our business in the IT sector
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our IT services and products, including software solutions, hardware systems, IT consulting services, and support packages.
Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business challenges, IT requirements, and technology goals.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT offerings, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, such as budget, timeline, and fit with our solutions.
Generate interest and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for our sales representatives or technical experts.
Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or other channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align calling campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and messaging.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products and services.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer insights, objections encountered, and market feedback.
