A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company.Talent Acquisition Specialist has the organizational task of finding the most suitable person for the job.
What the Role needs to Achieve
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to the company.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle the complete recruitment cycle, right from sourcing profiles until closing the open positions assigned.
Effectively use different modes of sourcing in consultation with hiring lead, such as job boards, employee referrals, etc. Post jobs to appropriate job boards, referral portal and social media.
Effectively review candidate resumes and job applications. Conduct pre-screening discussion with the candidate to check fitment against the job requisition.
Set up interview as per the process and coordinate. Administer assessment tool such as online tests, etc. for better evaluation of skills and knowledge as per the process defined.
Collate candidate evaluation data and complete the offer process for selected candidate(s).
Close positions within the defined turn-around-time by having regular follow-up with those offered, keeping backup candidate(s) ready, etc
Introduce new ways of keeping offered candidates engaged to have a better offer to Joiner ratio.
Effectively handle all communication with candidates on the process / status; employees in case of referrals; hiring managers on regular updates and the stakeholders in the process.
Keep necessary trackers, reports and database related to recruitment updated at all times.
Manage post offer process by completing the necessary pre-boarding documentation.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Any Graduate preferred BBA-HR
MBA- HR
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
