With sound technical background & good communication skills and documentation skills to prepare proposals, like…Proposal preparation, extracting contents from RFP, Coordination with different teams, preparing presentations, case studies, client coordination for follow up on queries, appointments, Opportunity logging, tracking in portal etc.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be responsible for interacting with Sales and Client to understand the requirement.
- Prepare BoM and Requirement Gathering sheets and update them as the discussion proceeds
- Once the requirement is freeze, prepare Solution in form of Word / Power point / Excel format and prepare quotation from CRM.
- Interact with different OEM’s/Service providers to get the products details, BoM, data sheets, commercials, etc.
- Prepare presentation for the solution proposed and present to client in person or through webinar.
- Analyze RFP’s/RFQ’s and prepare synopsis for technical scope of work and list of documents asked as part of technical bid and share it with team.
- Prepare bid documents comprising of technical solution proposal, BoM, Commercials.
- Coordinate with different teams to get the inputs for finalizing customized solutions, hand over the solution to service delivery team for execution and take ownership to ensure the setup is done as per the agreed solution.
- Cross check the PO received against the proposal worked for.
- Learn new technologies and adopt them in different solutions, prepare presentation describing about the new technology, its benefits, market demand, implementation method and prepare plans if at all the products suits to be added in ESDS’s offerings.
- Prepare presentations for different solutions offered by ESDS and present to different teams like Sales, RM, etc.
- Perform Site visit, client meetings as and when required.
- Will be required to travel across India or out of India.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E/BSC/BBA/Diploma (in IT, Computers, ENTC, Electronics).
- Should be certified on either of CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, A+, BCP Certified, CDCP, Azure (AZ-104, AZ-303,304) GCP, OCP, Multi-Cloud Platform.
EXPERIENCE
- Should have Hands-on experience on different types of Server, Network devices, different Storages like Dell, IBM, HP, Cisco, etc.
- Should have Hands-on experience on Microsoft & Linux .
- Should have Hands-on Experience in setting up or maintenance of Data Centre, server or storage.
- The Candidate must have experience in the presales department
- Experience in different industries like IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, etc. experience in Hosting company or any IDC would be a plus point.
- 2-10 years’ Experience as a system administrator, datacenter engineer, Solution Architect / Presales Engineer in Cloud.
