Trade Bank of Iraq and ESDS Software Solution Sign MOU to Modernize its Fintech Infrastructure
ESDS Software Solution entered into MOU with Trade Bank of Iraq to provide complete cloud & managed solutions which will enable Iraq to develop and modernise its Fintech. Alpen Capital (ME) Limited acted as the sole advisor for the transaction between the two firms, which aims to establish a long-term strategic relationship in the field of establishing and managing the data center, offer cloud and disaster recovery hosting solutions, solutions and virtualization technologies. ESDS will provide all its services and expertise, including the patented data center software – eNlight 360 to Trade Bank of Iraq and become an exclusive partner for the market of Iraq and neighbouring markets. ESDS will also render technical know-how and managed services to IWEPIT. “This is the latest in a number of strategic agreements we have made with leading firms in the region to help rebuild, develop and modernize Iraq”, said Faisal Al Haimus, Chairman and President, Trade Bank of Iraq.
